# Container

Centres content to the page width and holds the page margins. Every band of text sits in
one. The only things that may escape it are full-bleed images and video.

Container and Grid are separate on purpose: a band with a single column of text needs the
Container and no grid at all.

```jsx
<Container>
  <Grid>…</Grid>
</Container>
```

Astro equivalent: `<div class="container">`.
