# Prose

Long-form text: an insight, a legal page, anything written as a document rather than
composed as a layout. It styles the headings, lists, quotes, links and figures inside it and
caps the measure, so the markup underneath stays plain.

Use it for a block of authored copy. Do not use it as a general text wrapper; a single
paragraph in a layout is a Text.

```jsx
<Prose>
  <h2>What a verification report owes you</h2>
  <p>Every finding names the file, the line and the reasoning.</p>
  <ul><li>Reproduction steps</li><li>The fix we would ship</li></ul>
</Prose>
```

Astro equivalent: `<div class="prose">`.
