+The filled action. Ink on paper, and paper on ink inside a night surface, which it handles
+itself. There is no accent colour and no secondary button variant: a second action on the
+screen is a TextLink.
+
+Pass `href` for navigation and it renders an anchor. Omit it for an in-page action.
+
+The label names the action. "Talk to us", "Explore the method", "Request a verification".
+Never "Learn more", and never an arrow inside the label.
